Everything You Need to Know Before Signing Up at 9jj8

Registration at 9jj8 was designed to be fast, secure and straightforward. You fill in your basic details, confirm your email and you're ready to make your first deposit via Pix. There's no account opening fee, no documents needed to create your initial account, and no mandatory minimum deposit to keep the account active — the R$ 20.00 minimum applies when you choose to deposit, not before.

The one non-negotiable requirement is age: you must be 18 or older at the time of registration. This criterion is strictly enforced at 9jj8 — the platform cross-checks the date of birth provided against the registered CPF and may request supporting documentation at any time. Accounts created by minors are closed immediately, with any deposited funds returned.

A common question during registration is about the CPF. At 9jj8 uses your CPF for identity verification, age confirmation, and to prevent duplicate accounts — which are prohibited under the Terms and Conditions. Each CPF allows exactly one active account. If you created an account in the past and can no longer access it, contact support via live chat before attempting to register again, to avoid duplicate account issues.

The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 is automatically credited on your first Pix deposit made after registering at 9jj8. To withdraw this bonus, you need to meet a 3x rollover — meaning you must place bets totaling three times the bonus amount on markets with odds of 1.50 or higher. The bonus balance is kept separate from your real balance in the dashboard; the real balance can be withdrawn at any time, with no rollover requirement.

Your password is another area worth paying attention to. Use a unique password for 9jj8 — not the same one you use for social media or email. The platform offers two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account dashboard, and enabling it right after signing up is one of the best steps you can take to protect your balance. 2FA adds an extra layer of security that prevents unauthorized access even if someone gets hold of your password.

After registering and making your first deposit, you are automatically placed in the Bronze tier of the 9jj8. Every Monday, a percentage of your previous week's betting volume is returned as cashback to your real balance — starting at 5% at Bronze and going up to 15% at Diamond. No rollover, no conditions: the amount is credited directly to your balance and you can withdraw it via Pix instantly. For many players, this weekly cashback is what sets 9jj8 apart from other platforms over the long run.

The payment methods accepted at 9jj8 are all Brazilian: Pix (primary), boleto bancário, major credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer from any national bank. There are no fees on deposits or withdrawals, and Pix is instant in both directions — deposits credited in seconds, withdrawals processed in under 30 seconds to any bank.

If you have any questions before, during, or after registration, the support team at 9jj8 is available 24 hours a day via live chat on the platform and at suporte@9jj8.net. The support team is Brazilian, responds in Portuguese, and won't give you a generic script that ignores what you actually asked. Issues with confirmation emails, bonus questions, or withdrawal limit inquiries are handled promptly.
